Offer Validity
The Exchange Offer is valid only for the period specified in the Partner’s communication. The Offer terms may be updated from time to time by the Partner.
Eligibility & Representation
By availing of the Offer, you confirm and agree that:
- You are the sole and lawful owner of the product being exchanged (“Used Product”).
- The Used Product was used exclusively for personal use and not for any commercial or business purposes.
- You accept that the value of the Used Product will be provided in the form of:
- A Partner’s Voucher (redeemable at authorized dealer stores).
- Online Cash issued by Rocking Deals (usable directly with Rocking Deals).
Exchange Process & Quality Check
The Partner Voucher’s value is determined in good faith based on your declaration of the Used Product’s condition. The final value will be confirmed after a Quality Check by an RDCEL representative. If the actual condition differs from your declared condition, you must pay the difference amount immediately.
Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for the Offer, the Used Product must:
- Be genuine (not counterfeit) and free from legal disputes, liens, or encumbrances.
- Match the details provided at the time of availing of the Offer.
- Not be damaged, broken, or tampered with.
Non-Working Product Conditions
A Used Product will be considered non-working if it has any of the following issues:
- TV: Cracked screen, discoloration, visible spots, lines, or patches on the screen.
- Air Conditioner (AC): Faulty compressor, rusted outdoor unit, or choked indoor unit fins.
- Washing Machine: Malfunctioning control panel, non-functional drum, or excessive noise.
- Refrigerator: Low cooling, non-working compressor, or a cracked/rusted body.
Exchange & Pickup Conditions
- The Used Product must be uninstalled before pickup.
- The exchange will take place hand-in-hand with the delivery of the new product.
- If you refuse to provide the Used Product or it does not match the declared condition, the Offer may be:
- Cancelled, or
- Converted into a regular order as per the process below.
Conversion to Regular Order
If the exchange cannot proceed due to non-compliance, you may request to convert it into a regular order. To do so:
- You must pay back the value assigned to the Used Product.
- Payment can be made via:
- Cash to the pickup associate.
- Debit/Credit Card via mPOS device.
- UPI transaction.
Data Privacy & Consent
By participating in the Offer, you consent to RDCEL processing and storing your personal information for Offer management and administration.
Final Acknowledgments
- The final value and eligibility for additional Offer features are determined by Quality Checks and diagnostics—these results are non-negotiable.
- Once the Used Product is picked up, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- If you return the new product purchased under the Offer, the Used Product will not be returned to you.
