Process to Trade-in
- Customer enters personal and appliance details on our platform.
- We send a Self-QC link for the customer to share product condition.
- Based on the inputs, we process and send a Price Acceptance link via WhatsApp.
- If the customer accepts, a pickup ticket is generated.
- Our pickup agent collects the product from the customer’s premises.
- Immediately after pickup, the customer is paid the agreed amount via UPI using Cashfree Payout.
