Product Grading

The process we are referring to is called product classification or product standardization. It involves the establishment of a set of norms or standards that define the basic characteristics of a product. These norms are typically established by industry groups, regulatory agencies, or other authoritative bodies.

Product classification is an important process that helps to ensure consistency and quality across a range of products. By establishing standards for products, consumers can be assured that they are purchasing products that meet certain specifications, and manufacturers can ensure that their products meet those specifications.

Product classification can be based on a variety of factors, including physical characteristics, performance, safety, and environmental impact. For example, products may be classified based on their size, weight, or material composition, or based on their ability to perform certain functions or meet certain safety standards.
